Home dashboard

The month at a glance: recorded expenses and receipt count, a daily chart, spending by category, active jobs and your ten most recent receipts. A month-over-month comparison only appears when there is enough data for a fair one.

Clients

A simple client list, so jobs can belong to a client. That is what lets one document cover every cost you carried for that client.

Search, free and unlimited

Type a supplier, a job, a client, an item or an invoice number, and every matching receipt comes back with a true total. Free and unlimited on every plan.

Ask a question

Ask the AI "what has the Johnson bathroom cost me so far?" and get a figure, a breakdown, a trend or a comparison, with the receipts behind it. Only your question goes to the AI model. Your receipts and your list of jobs, clients and suppliers do not.

Notifications that have something to say

Around 55 different messages, and each one is only sent when there is real data behind it. Nobody gets "$0 across 0 receipts". Budget alerts fire once. Quiet hours hold back the notification, never the record. If you stop opening them, they come half as often.

Up to five business accounts

Separate businesses, or a business and a side operation, each with its own currency, timezone and colour. All data is kept separate by account.

Anonymous start

No sign-up, no email, no password. Open the app and scan. When you do sign up, it is a six-digit code by email, and you keep every receipt you already scanned.

AI assistant access

Connect an AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, and ask it questions about your own expense data. It is read-only: the assistant can look, but never change anything.

Honest limits

What it will not do

The app publishes this list to any connected AI assistant so it declines rather than inventing an answer. It is on this page for the same reason.

No revenue or income — so no profit, no margin and no estimated tax bill. The app records expenses only.
No bank or card feed. It reads paper, not accounts.
No mileage log. No trip or odometer data, so a standard-mileage deduction cannot be calculated.
A receipt goes to one job whole. It cannot be split line by line across two jobs.
No cost codes, phases or sub-jobs. Jobs are flat, with one budget number each. The pattern for a multi-phase build is a job per phase.
No invoicing, quoting, payments or payroll. No progress billing, draw schedules, retainage or change orders.
No payee tracking for labour. Payments to individual helpers or subs cannot be totalled by person, only by category.
No inventory or stock levels, no purchase orders and no delivery-note matching.
One currency per account. No conversion and no multi-currency support.
No offline mode. Scanning and browsing need a data connection.
Photos only. Receipts come from the camera or the gallery. PDF files and forwarded emails cannot be imported.
No crew or bookkeeper logins yet. Inviting other people into an account has not shipped.
English-language product. No localisation has shipped yet.
