Home dashboard
The month at a glance: recorded expenses and receipt count, a daily chart, category distribution, active jobs and your ten most recent receipts. A month-over-month comparison appears only when there is an honest basis for one.
Month in Review
An AI-written monthly business review, generated in the background and kept permanently so past months can be revisited. Recorded expenses, job and supplier breakdowns, and a coverage block showing what still needs fixing.
Clients
A lightweight client directory so jobs can hang off a client — which is what makes a single document covering every cost carried for that client possible.
Notifications that have something to say
Around 55 distinct messages, every one gated on real data. Nobody receives "$0 across 0 receipts". Budget alerts fire once, quiet hours suppress the push but never the record, and frequency halves itself if you stop engaging.
Up to five business accounts
Separate businesses, or a business and a side operation, each with its own currency, timezone and colour. All data is scoped to the account, and members you invite inherit the owner’s plan.
Natural-language search
Six recognised intents — find receipts, spending summary, item lookup, supplier profile, comparison and trend analysis. Ask the way you would ask a person.
Anonymous start
No sign-up, no email, no password. Open the app and scan. When you do sign up it is a six-digit code by email, and the account converts without losing a single receipt.
AI assistant access
Connect an AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol — Claude, for example — and ask your own expense data questions in conversation. Read-only: the assistant can look, never change anything.

Honest limits
What it will not do
The app publishes this list to any connected AI assistant so it declines rather than inventing an answer. It is on this page for the same reason.
- No revenue or income — so no profit, no margin and no estimated tax bill. The app records expenses only.
- No bank or card feed. It reads paper, not accounts.
- No mileage log. No trip or odometer data, so a standard-mileage deduction cannot be calculated.
- A receipt goes to one job whole. It cannot be split line by line across two jobs.
- No cost codes, phases or sub-jobs. Jobs are flat, with one budget number each. The pattern for a multi-phase build is a job per phase.
- No invoicing, quoting, payments or payroll. No progress billing, draw schedules, retainage or change orders.
- No payee tracking for labour. Payments to individual helpers or subs cannot be totalled by person, only by category.
- No inventory or stock levels, no purchase orders and no delivery-note matching.
- One currency per account. No conversion and no multi-currency support.
- English-language product. No localisation has shipped yet.
