Allowances reset on the 1st of each month and are counted per account. Browsing and filtering your whole receipt pile is free and unlimited on every plan — only an AI-interpreted question counts against the search allowance.

Which one you actually want
Free to Plus, driven by quarter-end
Ten scans a month is roughly three supply runs — a working tradesperson goes past it inside a week. What makes Plus worth it is the tax report and the monthly review at quarter-end.
Pro from the start
The two Pro-only reports — the job report and the client expense report — are precisely the two hardest documents a builder has to produce. A single busy month on one build can use up a Plus scan allowance on its own.
Billing
Prices are shown in the App Store and Google Play
Subscriptions are billed through the stores and managed in your device’s subscription settings, the same as any other app. There is no web checkout. You can start on Free without an account at all.
